Golf Club Condition Grading:
EXCELLENT:
These clubs have been played but are very clean and near new with only slight signs of wear. They will have no sky marks or damage to the paint. Finish on the club will have virtually no wear except for normal ball impact and minimal turf wear. Shaft will be factory installed original. Grips will be in playable condition showing no real wear.
GREAT:
These clubs have are very clean with some visible wear and moderate signs of use. May have some nicks or scratches consistent with average use. Face and sole may show normal wear with no dings, deep gouges, or rock marks. Crown, finish, and shaft will not show excessive wear. Shaft will be factory original or properly installed replacement. Grips should still be playable.
REALLY GOOD:
These clubs have been played but remain clean, well cared for, and structurally sound. Clubs may show wear consistent with normal usage, but free of defects. Scoring lines should be fairly sharp with only reasonable signs of wear. If replacement shaft it will be properly installed with no defects. Shafts may show some normal bag wear. Grips should still be playable.
GOOD:
These clubs have been well played but remain clean. Clubs will clearly show wear and visual blemishes such as nicks, scratches, or sky marks consistent with normal usage, but free of defects and playability not affected. Scoring lines may be fairly sharp with only reasonable signs of wear. If replacement shaft, will properly installed with no defects (such as excess epoxy, scratches or improper installation). Shafts may show normal bag wear. Grips may still be playable or worn.
