Terms and Conditions

Order Cancellations
 
Cancellations must be received via phone at 1-888-873-0208, email cancellations will NOT be accepted. A 30% restocking fee will be charged for cancellations received on special orders that are in production but not yet shipped from the manufacturer. Once a custom order has been shipped from the manufacturer it cannot be cancelled and is Non-Refundable. Please note that left-handed clubs from most manufacturers are regarded as special orders. If an order is refused, by a customer, the cost of shipping to the customer and back to the shipping origination will be the responsibility of the customer.
 
Returns Process
 
1. To return an item, please call 1-888-873-0208 or email service@vegasgolfpros.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
2. Pack the items to return in the original shipping carton(s) and with all the original paperwork that was received (including a copy of the packing slip).
3. Write the RA Number clearly on the outside of the box, along with your name and return address. If we receive a box without the RA number posted on the outside, we will refuse delivery.
4. Ship the return to the address given at the time when the RA number is issued to you. This is because items that are drop shipped from some manufacturers may have to be sent back to that manufacturer. Shipping charges must be prepaid. (Items shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted.). We highly recommend that you insure all items that are shipped.
5. Upon receiving returns, refunds will be promptly credited to your account -- typically within 72 hours -- based on the original method of payment for the purchase price of the merchandise and any taxes Vegas Golf Pros collected.
Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Please note that non-fault and non-defective returns of all golf shoes are subject to 10% restocking fee and some outerwear 20% DOM.
 
Pricing Errors
 
At Vegas Golf Pros we continue to strive for accurate content and pricing, it is possible that some items may have typographical errors or errors in pricing. Prices are confirmed before the items are shipped. Vegas Golf Pros shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price or quantity. In the event an item was incorrectly priced, we will handle the situation as follows:
1. If the actual price is lower than the posted price, we will charge the lower amount and ship the product(s) to you. Of course, the overpaid amount will be credited to your account.
2. If the actual price is higher than the posted price, we will inform you of the pricing error that affect your order before your order is processed so you can decide whether to continue with the order.
 
Taxes
 
All orders delivered within the state of Nevada are subject to 7.75% sales tax.
 
Defective Merchandise
 
Any defective products may be returned within 30 days for replacement. Shipping costs will be paid by VegasGolfPros.com. Shipping of replacement items will be regular surface shipping. Please note that non-fault and non-defective returns of all golf shoes are subject to 10% restocking fee.
 
Damaged Merchandise
 
If the package is damaged to the extent that the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and call Customer Service at 1-888-873-0208. Please have your order number available when you contact the Customer Service Specialist. If the package is damaged, but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage before signing for the item. If you find an item damaged after delivery, retain shipping carton and all packing material and notify the carrier and Vegas Golf Pros immediately.
 
Warranty Claims
 
You can purchase with confidence because any warranty on a manufacturer's product will apply when purchased through VegasGolfPros.com. After the 30-day period, all warranty claims are subject to the policy or discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with the product, or may be found on the manufacturers’ web site. Please contact us prior to returning any merchandise for warranty considerations.
 
Shipping Errors
 
If you feel that you have received an item in error or were shorted an item, please contact customer service. Please note that orders consisting of more than one item may arrive on different days. Check your packing slip to make sure you have a shortage, not a delivery delay.
